Hosting Services Refund Policy
We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on our hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our hosting services within 10 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of the hosting fees paid, excluding any additional services, domain registrations, and third-party fees. Please note the following:
• This refund policy applies only to new customers on their first hosting account with us.
• Domain registration fees, third-party services, and add-ons are non-refundable.
• The money-back guarantee does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or existing accounts.
